Role Description - Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to develop and shape brand strategy across multiple clients and internal initiatives. This is a full-time role based in Hyderabad with hybrid work flexibility for the first 3 months, followed by work from office. The Brand Strategist will be responsible for defining brand vision, storytelling, communication strategy, and ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and drive brand strategy and positioning for clients and internal brands

Create compelling brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and storytelling strategies

Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, content, campaigns, and offline assets

Collaborate closely with creative, social media, performance, and content teams

Support brand launches, rebranding projects, and integrated marketing campaigns

Review and guide content, creatives, and campaigns to align with defined brand voice

Analyze brand performance, market trends, and audience insights to refine strategy

Guide and support junior brand, content, and marketing team members

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, marketing, advertising, or storytelling roles

Strong understanding of brand building, positioning, and consumer psychology

Proven experience in crafting brand stories and messaging across platforms

Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills

Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment is a plus

Ability to balance strategic planning with creative execution
