Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Noida. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media marketing strategies across various platforms. Key tasks include managing social media accounts, ideating and creating engaging content, optimizing posts for maximum visibility (SMO), crafting a cohesive brand presence, and driving online engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)- Meta, YT, and LinkedIn
• Strong skills in Content Strategy , Brand Strategy, and Writing for digital platforms
• Excellent Communication skills to engage audiences and represent the brand effectively
• Experience in analyzing social media metrics and translating results into actionable strategies
• Familiarity with social media management tools and trends
• Proactive, creative mindset with a strong sense of brand storytelling
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role is an advantage
