Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Hyderabad. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, managing social media channels, optimising content for various platforms, and engaging with the online community. Additional responsibilities include developing content plans, analysing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with social media trends to enhance the company's digital presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO) to effectively manage and grow platforms.
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to engage with online communities professionally.
• Experience in Content Strategy to craft and align engaging content with organisational goals.
• Excellent Writing skills for creating compelling posts and captions across platforms.
• Proficiency in analytics tools to track and optimize content performance is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment and align social media activities with overall marketing strategies.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred; a degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is advantageous.
