As a leader in the Web3 space, we are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who is passionate about community engagement and driving our social media presence to the next level.
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong preference for those with a background in the Web3 space. This role requires someone who is deeply immersed in the latest trends and insights within the Web3 community and is a strategic thinker capable of building our social media presence from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:· Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand presence and engage with the Web3 community.
· Manage and optimize our social media channels, including Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, and Discord.
· Create, curate, and manage engaging content, including writing compelling copies that resonate with our target audience.
· Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to continuously refine strategies.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest Web3 trends, insights, and best practices, ensuring Mizzle remains at the forefront of the conversation.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
· Build and lead a team of social media professionals as the company grows.
· Engage with our community, responding to inquiries, fostering discussions, and encouraging active participation across platforms.
· Work closely with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all channels.
Requirements:· 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of success in driving engagement and growth.
· Web3 experience is highly preferred.
· Proficient in managing and growing social media channels, including Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, and Discord.
· Strong writing skills with experience in crafting engaging and impactful social media copies.
· Demonstrated experience in building social media strategies from scratch.
· A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Experience in content writing is a plus.
· A deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and an active participant in the community.
Preferred Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Experience in analytics and using social media management tools.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
