Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and revenue goals.
Define and refine content pillars, brand voice, and storytelling frameworks.
Identify platform opportunities across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels.
Content & Brand Growth
Lead the creation of high-performing content formats (reels, carousels, long-form video, thought leadership).
Ensure consistent brand storytelling and messaging across all platforms.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce viral, educational, and conversion-focused content. Audience
Growth & Community Building
Build and scale the brand's online community and follower base.
Drive engagement through interactive formats, collaborations, and influencer partnerships.
Monitor audience sentiment and strengthen brand loyalty.
Performance & Analytics
Track and optimize key performance metrics such as:
o follower growth
o engagement rate
o reach and impressions
o traffic to website
o conversions from social media
Use analytics tools to continuously refine content and growth strategies.
Campaign & Product Launch Management
Lead social media campaigns for product launches, brand initiatives, and seasonal promotions.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
Team Leadership
Build and manage a high-performing social media team including:
o social media managers
o content creators
o video editors
o designers
Establish clear workflows, timelines, and quality standards.
Trend & Platform Intelligence
Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
Identify new growth opportunities and content innovations.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or growth roles
Experience scaling consumer brands, D2C brands, or startups
Strong understanding of content strategy, and platform algorithms
Ability to combine creative thinking with data-driven decision-making
Proven track record of growing audiences and engagement on social platforms
