We're hiring a Social Media Manager to manage a wellness/fitness/run club brand from end to end. This is a single-account role, perfect for someone who understands wellness, clean visuals, fitness culture, and storytelling.

Responsibilities
- Plan monthly content calendars for a wellness/fitness brand
- Write clean, engaging copy (Instagram-first)
- Coordinate with designers/video editors for creatives
- Upload posts, guides, reels & stories consistently
- Track insights, engagement, and performance
- Ideate campaigns based on trends + brand personality
- Maintain consistent brand voice & visual aesthetic
- Engage with community (comments/DMs when required)
- Give creative direction for photoshoots & short videos
Whom We're Looking For
- 12 years of experience in Social Media Management
- Must have handled at least one brand independently
- Strong understanding of fitness/wellness aesthetics
- Knowledge of visual taste & storytelling
- Can plan content buckets, hooks, and trends
- Good communication + quick response time
- Someone who takes ownership, not just posts content.
- Comfortable working remotely with daily accountability
Skills Needed
- Social media strategy (Instagram-focused)
- Copywriting (hooks, captions, storytelling)
- Content planning & execution
- Basic knowledge of analytics
- Understanding of reels trends + formats
- Coordination with designers/editors
Compensation
- 15,000 20,000/month (based on skill, experience & portfolio)
