As a Social Media Manager, you'll own how our stories show up online. You'll shape the content and social media strategy across platforms, guide execution, and make sure everything we publish feels thoughtful, accurate, and on-brand. You'll also work closely with the marketing and design teams and mentor junior team members to keep things running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the content and social media strategy across key platforms, including Instagram and YouTube
- Plan, create, and oversee posts, stories, reels, videos, and campaigns that reflect Menstrupedia's voice
- Review, edit, and refine all content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy
- Track performance, study audience behaviour, and use insights to improve reach and engagement
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and video teams to execute ideas end to end
- Guide and support junior content team members with planning, feedback, and execution
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery across platforms
Qualifications
Essential:
- At least 1 year of experience in content marketing or social media management
- Strong writing and editing skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to plan, create, and oversee content for different platforms and audiences
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and cross-team coordination
- Good understanding of social media analytics, performance metrics, and basic design tools like Canva
Desirable:
- Experience working on content calendars, campaigns, or brand communication
- Basic understanding of SEO and how it connects with content planning
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, scheduling platforms, and audience insights
