Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, organised, and result-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company's presence across digital platforms. The role requires strong planning, execution, and coordination skills to ensure consistent brand communication and timely delivery of social media initiatives aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals.
- Manage and grow official social media handles, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain content calendars for posts, reels, stories, campaigns, launches, and events.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, influencers, and the marketing team for creative execution.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, CTAs, and basic ad copies.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
- Publish content as per schedule and ensure no delays or missed posts.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.
- Support franchise marketing requirements and outlet-level promotions.
- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales and support teams for promotional requirements.
- Support special campaigns, offers, contests, and festive promotions.
- Assist in basic paid social media campaign coordination with agencies or internal teams.
- Prepare and share weekly and monthly performance reports with management.
Performance Expectations
- Content calendars are shared and approved within defined timelines.
- All posts are published on schedule without deviations.
- Steady growth in engagement metrics such as likes, comments, and shares.
- Brand tone and visual identity remain consistent across platforms.
- Marketing campaigns are executed within agreed timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms.
- Working knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong written communication and content creation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
- A basic understanding of paid social media advertising is an added advantage.
