Social Media Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, based in New Delhi. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media platforms, developing content strategies aligned with brand goals, optimizing social media presence, and engaging with online communities. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, staying updated on social media trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.

• Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills
• Proficient understanding of creating engaging content for various social media platforms
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
• Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms
• Experience in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
