Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities 1. Brand & Creative Communication
  • Develop creative briefs for all offline and online campaigns including print, digital, social, events, exhibitions, and brand films Conceptualise communication ideas and themes aligned with brand positioning and business objectives Ensure brand tone, visual language, and messaging consistency across all channels 2. Agency & Partner Coordination
  • Manage and coordinate with creative, digital, event and performance agencies
  • Review concepts, creatives, copies, and ensure timely execution
  • Act as the single-point brand owner for all communication deliverables 3. Content Creation & Copywriting
  • Write creative brand copy for campaigns, ads, brochures, presentations, and exhibitions
  • Create website copy (homepages, product pages, landing pages, brand stories)
  • Develop video scripts for brand films, product explainers, social reels, and corporate content
  • Support performance ads copy (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) as and when required 4. Social Media Execution
  • Plan and execute social media communication across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Work with agencies on content calendars, captions, creatives, and reels
  • Ensure social content reflects Abby Lighting's premium and architectural positioning 5. Online Reputation Management (ORM)
  • Manage proactive ORM by strengthening positive brand presence and storytelling Handle reactive ORM by responding to reviews, comments, and brand mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations when required Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong conceptual thinking and creative ideation
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Experience in brand communication, digital content, and social media Ability to manage multiple agencies and stakeholders High attention to detail and strong execution capability Understanding of performance marketing communication is a plus Preferred Background 3+ years of experience in brand communication, content, or creative roles Experience in architecture, interiors, lighting, luxury, or design-led brands preferred What Success Looks Like Clear, consistent, and differentiated Abby Lighting brand communication Strong creative output across campaigns, digital platforms, and brand assets Improved brand engagement, recall, and online sentiment
