Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ajmer for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing social media strategies, optimizing social media accounts to maximize reach and engagement, developing content calendars, and monitoring campaign performance. Additionally, the role involves crafting engaging copy, building a strong online presence, and ensuring effective communication with the company's target audience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written interaction
- Experience in analyzing social media metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly
- Proven ability to manage and grow social media accounts with consistent engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with legal or tax compliance industries is a plus
