We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and drive engagement for our IT product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media strategy, content creation, and analytics, with the ability to translate complex IT product features into compelling stories that resonate with B2B.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to support product launches, brand awareness, and lead generation.

Manage and grow company presence across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

Create and curate engaging content including product updates, customer success stories, infographics, and short-form videos.

Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine social media positioning.

Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns to boost visibility and generate qualified leads.

Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and prepare detailed performance reports.

Build and nurture online communities to strengthen customer relationships and brand loyalty.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in IT or SaaS product companies.

Strong understanding of IT products and ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Expertise in social media tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics).

Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.

Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
