Social Media Manager

Kicks Machine is looking for a Social Media Manager who can help us build a strong, recognizable presence across social media — and is comfortable being in front of the camera.

We're looking for someone who understands content, trends, culture and what makes people stop scrolling.

Job Description

• Own Kicks Machine's social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube & other platforms

• Come up with creative, social-first content ideas and campaigns

• Be comfortable appearing on camera and becoming a face of the brand

• Create and coordinate Reels, short-form videos, stories and other content

• Stay on top of trends, memes, sneaker/streetwear culture and viral formats

• Plan and manage the content calendar

• Work closely with our design, content and marketing teams

• Track content performance and use data to improve reach and engagement

Prerequisite

• 2–4 years of experience in social media/content marketing

• Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video

• Confident and natural in front of the camera

• Strong sense of content, trends and storytelling

• Creative mindset with strong execution skills

• Good communication skills

• Someone who genuinely understands sneakers, streetwear, fashion & pop culture
