Social Media Manager

Company Description Kaydot is India's first layerless clothing brands offering bodysuits, tops, dresses, bottoms with built-in innerwear including attached bras, shapewear, thigh sculptor.

Role Description This is an on-site full-time role for a Social Media Manager based in New Delhi. The Social Media Manager will support day-to-day management of Kaydot's social media channels, including planning, creating, and publishing engaging content aligned with the brand's mission and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing with an understanding of major platforms and trends.
• Ability to develop and execute basic Content Strategy aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, with the ability to engage online communities and collaborate with internal teams.
• Solid Writing skills for captions, short-form content, and brand storytelling.
• Interest or prior exposure to fashion, apparel, or consumer brands is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and comfort working with performance metrics.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
