Team Kaya Chitra (Photography & Productions) is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and photography, with a proven track record of managing social media accounts and implementing strategies that drive growth and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage all social media accounts like Instagram and YouTube.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Create and curate high-quality content, including images, videos, and captions, aligned with the brand's voice and goals.
• Plan and schedule social media posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to enhance audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the photography and marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
• Moderate experience in mobile photography, mobile video editing, graphic designing in Canva, or working with creative industries is a plus.

• Salary: Attractive Salary Plus Incentives (Based on experience and portfolio)
• Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
