Increase brand visibility and drive engagement through organic and paid campaigns.
Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices to keep content
fresh and relevant.
Analyze key metrics, prepare monthly reports, and suggest improvements.
Handle online reputation management and community engagement.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts,
preferably for an IT or tech company.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn
Campaign Manager.
Strong knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and algorithms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to improve performance.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation through social channels.
Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content promotion.
Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Sprout Social
