Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of Karnam's social media accounts. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing content strategies, managing social media calendars, engaging with audiences, developing campaigns, and tracking performance metrics to guide growth. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with the brand's goals and vision.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Experience in Content Strategy and creating compelling content
• Understanding of social media analytics and tracking campaign performance
• Familiarity with sustainable fashion and cultural aesthetics is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Fashion / Textile / or a related field is preferred
