Client Servicing & Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand each client's business, objectives, and target audience to craft relevant strategies.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams (design, content, and strategy) to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, reviews, and performance updates with clients.
- Manage client feedback and ensure smooth execution of revisions or campaign updates.
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and implement monthly social media strategies aligned with client goals.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve social media performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ideate campaign concepts, captions, and content calendars.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, aesthetics, and message across platforms.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, providing monthly reports and actionable insights.
Creative & Strategic Inputs
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and emerging tools.
- Bring innovative ideas to enhance engagement and audience growth.
- Suggest platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Monitor competitors and industry activity to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 6 months internship of relevant experience in social media marketing and client servicing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. (English, Hindi & Gujarati).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite etc.) is a plus.
