About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Marketer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience, preferably in a product-based company, to lead and scale our social media presence. The ideal candidate understands how social media drives product awareness, user acquisition, engagement, and retention, and can translate brand goals into high-performing content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with product and business objectives
- Own end-to-end social media management across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan, create, and oversee high-quality content, including posts, reels, videos, carousels, and stories
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, design, and growth teams to communicate product updates, launches, and features
- Drive user acquisition and engagement through organic and paid social campaigns
- Analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and optimise strategies accordingly
- Manage social media calendars, campaign timelines, and content pipelines
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep the brand relevant and innovative
- Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social channels
- Lead influencer collaborations, community engagement, and brand partnerships where applicable
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a product-based or tech-driven company
- Strong understanding of product storytelling, growth marketing, and user psychology
- Proven track record of growing social media channels and driving measurable business results
- Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting dashboards
- Excellent content sense with the ability to guide designers and video editors
- Strong communication, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Good to Have
- Experience in SaaS, mobile apps, and consumer tech.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and funnel metrics
- Experience managing or mentoring junior social media team members
