We're Hiring: Social Media Manager

We're not looking for someone to just manage posts.

We're looking for someone who can aggressively grow accounts through content.

If you understand storytelling, scripting, and how to turn ideas into content that scales — this role is for you.

You will work closely with and be mentored by a creator with 1M+ followers — learning directly from someone who has built and scaled content at a high level.

At Dime, social media is not about presence.

It's about growth, positioning, and building content people come back for.

What you'll do:

• Drive aggressive growth across social media platforms
• Come up with content ideas, angles, and formats
• Write scripts and hooks for Reels, Shorts, and YouTube
• Build and scale content series / IPs
• Analyse what's working and double down on it
• Work closely with the team to execute consistently

What we're looking for:

• You understand what makes content grow (hooks, retention, shareability)
• You're strong at storytelling and scripting
• You think in formats and series, not one-off posts
• You are proactive, fast, and execution-focused
• You care about performance, not just posting

This role is NOT for you if:

• You only know scheduling and basic posting
• You don't think in terms of growth and metrics
• You struggle with ideation or scripting

Bonus if:

• You've grown an account or worked on high-growth pages
• You've written or contributed to content that has performed well
• You have strong instincts for what will work before it's posted
