Role Overview

We are looking for a rare hybrid: a Strategic Thinker who understands the macro-movements of the digital economy, and a Hands-on Creator who can produce world-class content. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level brand objectives and the daily feed. You won't just approve assets; you will conceptualize them, script them, and often direct or create the hero pieces that define Jio's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

The Strategic Architect

  • Narrative Design: Build long-term social strategies that translate complex tech/telecom milestones into relatable human stories.
  • Algorithmic Mastery: Develop a deep Strategic Playbook for each platform, optimizing for Shares per View and organic virality.

The Lead Creator

  • High-Impact Prototyping: Act as the Lead Creative on marquee projects. From brand to product to events, you own the creative spark.
  • AI-Assisted Production: Pioneer the use of AI tools for rapid content creation using generative AI for visuals, voiceovers, and high-fidelity video concepts to stay ahead of the trend cycle.

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Translate business objectives into powerful digital narratives and campaigns to achieve business objectives ensuring one consistent digital voice for the brand.

Own Social Metrics & Structured Digital Growth

Beyond content creation, you will drive measurable growth across digital platforms.

You will:

  • Lead and be accountable for social and digital performance metrics.
  • Build structured growth frameworks for engagement, community and reach.
  • Use insights and analytics to continuously optimize digital storytelling and performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • The Hybrid Pedigree: 8+ years of experience. You might have started as a copywriter/designer and moved into strategy, or a strategist who never stopped making things.
  • The Maker Toolkit: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, high-end AI creative tools. You should be able to show a portfolio of work you actually made.
  • Strategic Depth: Ability to present long term roadmap to stakeholders.
  • The Jio Pulse: A deep understanding of the Indian consumer. You know what resonates with Indian users in social space.
