Social Media Manager

Company Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage the brand's social media presence and build engaging content that connects with its target audience. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content strategy, audience engagement, and social media performance.

Role Description

• Develop and manage the monthly social media content calendar.
• Plan and execute content for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content ideas around products, fitness, nutrition, trends, and campaigns.
• Independently create and execute content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X, including Reels/Shorts, captions, scripts, and basic shooting/editing.
• Stay updated with trending reels, formats, sounds, and social media trends.
• Coordinate with the graphic designer, content creators, and marketing team for content execution.
• Manage the brand's social media community, including comments, DMs, and audience engagement.
• Manage UGC and influencer/creator collaborations, including coordination, content requirements, and execution.
• Track social media performance and use insights to improve content and engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and social media trends.
• Experience in content planning and managing social media calendars.
• Good understanding of reels, stories, carousels, and short-form content.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Strong communication and content planning skills.
• Experience with a fitness, nutrition, wellness, D2C, e-commerce, or FMCG brand will be preferred.
