Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and maintain a social content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to drive consistent brand presence and engagement.
- Create on-brand short-form content (graphics, carousels, short videos, and captions) using Canva and basic video-editing tools.
- Schedule posts and manage day-to-day community activities — respond to comments, messages, and moderate conversations to grow engagement.
- Support paid social workflows by preparing creative assets, A/B test ideas, and tracking campaign performance alongside the paid media team.
- Monitor channel metrics, produce weekly performance reports, and recommend optimization actions using Google Analytics and platform insights.
- Research social trends and competitor activity; propose content experiments and topical campaigns to boost reach and follower growth.
Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related discipline; eligible to intern remotely from India.
- Experience creating organic content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite for scheduling and basic campaign setup.
- Proficiency with Canva for social graphics and templates.
- Basic understanding of social metrics and Google Analytics for performance tracking.
- Ability to write clear, concise social copy and adapt tone for different platforms.
Preferred
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop for image polish and advanced edits.
- Exposure to Hootsuite or Buffer for cross-channel scheduling.
- Basic video-editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
