- Monitor social media channels for mentions,comments, and messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to develop social media campaigns and strategies to raise awareness, drive engagement, and increase followers.
- Conduct research to identify trends and best practices in social media marketing for nonprofits.
