Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-drivenSocial Media Managerto join our dynamic marketing team at Ink In Caps. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a strong understanding of various platforms, and the ability to engage and grow our online community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, and written) across all social media platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online community interactions.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Assist in the development of social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job location Goregaon East Mumbai

Office timings Monday to Saturday 10.30 am to 7.30 pm (2nd and 4th Saturday and all Sundays will be holiday)
