Key Responsibilities(1-3 years)Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies (Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) aligned with brand and client objectives.
- Plan, maintain, and manage content calendars and rollout plans for multiple clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Able to manage multiple client portfolios and provide customized social media solutions.
- Experience across diverse niches such as eCommerce, service-based businesses, startups, and other industries to create targeted and effective strategies.
Content Management
- Write compelling content for social media, landing pages, blogs, and other required assets.
- Ensure content is optimized for engagement, SEO, and conversions.
- Collaborate with design teams to create on-brand graphics, visuals, and creatives.
- Maintain consistency in branding as per client guidelines.
- Create scripts and plan ideas for in-house reels and short-form content to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Oversee in-house execution of reels and social video content, ensuring alignment with content strategy and client objectives.
Client Communication & Reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting calls and gathering requirements.
- Prepare detailed performance reports using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
- Understand client needs and propose solutions to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of social media tools and analytics platforms for tracking engagement, reach, and conversion.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing workflows to integrate marketing campaigns.
- Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com, Notion, Slack, etc.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads structure is an advantage.
- Skilled in leveraging AI tools for content ideation, writing, or trend analysis is a plus.
Qualifications & Skills- Excellent fluency in English, both written and spoken.
