Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, engaging with our online community, and driving traffic and sales through compelling content and targeted campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to user comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure success and inform future strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and online communities.
- Monitor competitors social media activity and identify opportunities for differentiation.
