Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands how modern social platforms work and knows how to turn ideas into engaging digital conversations. You will lead social media strategy, create high-performing content, manage campaigns, and use AI-powered tools to increase efficiency, creativity, and performance.
This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical, understands audience behavior, and is excited about using AI tools to scale social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Create and supervise engaging visual, video, and written content.
- Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar) for content ideation, automation, and performance optimization.
- Monitor social media performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Manage paid social campaigns and coordinate with design and performance marketing teams.
- Track social trends, platform updates, and emerging digital formats.
- Handle community engagement, comments, and messages to maintain brand voice.
- Collaborate with creative teams for campaign concepts and storytelling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 36 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, analytics, and platform algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and marketing automation.
- Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in advertising or digital marketing agencies.
- Knowledge of short-form video strategy (Reels, Shorts, youtube).
- Basic understanding of design tools such as Canva or Adobe tools.
- Familiarity with social listening and trend analysis tools.
