This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, creation, and execution of social media strategies while managing content calendars and campaigns to increase engagement. Responsibilities include optimizing social media profiles, crafting compelling content, analyzing performance, and collaborating with teams to align strategies with broader company goals.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication skills and experience in Writing
• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategies
• Creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of social media trends
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure performance and improve campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
