Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to boost visibility and engagement
- Create platform-specific content including text, graphics, and short-form videos
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and authentic manner
- Track social performance metrics and refine strategies based on data-driven insights
- Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand alignment across campaigns
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of key social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Creative thinker with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand content
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus
