Job Overview
We are looking to hire a social media manager who will develop and implement our social media strategy. This role involves creating engaging content, managing our social media accounts, and analyzing performance to drive our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, creative, and data-driven, with a keen understanding of current trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
- Interview stakeholders and beneficiaries and create content for publishing.
- Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies.
- Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts.
- Create written and video reports and distribute them periodically.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Fluent in English and Telugu and well-versed in various social media platforms.
- Prior experience working with non-profit organizations preferred but not required.
- Prefer candidates who are located in Hyderabad.
