Job Title: Social Media Manager (Contract 2 Months)
The Role in a Nutshell
Social Pill is looking for a multi-tasking Social Media Manager who is as good with words as they are with execution. This isn't just a planning role; we need a doer who can strategize, write their own copy & manage execution. This is an on-site, immediate-start role at our Andheri West office.
What You'll Be Doing
- End-to-End Execution: Managing from ideation to final posting.
- Copywriting: Writing punchy, platform-specific copy (Captions, Tweets/Posts, Reel scripts) that aligns with brand tone.
- Platform Management: Handling daily publishing across Instagram, Facebook, Youtube
- Research
- Basic Reporting: Tracking performance metrics to see what's working and adjusting on the fly.
Requirements
- Immediate Joiner: Must be available to start now for a 2-month project.
- Location: WFO from Andheri West, Mumbai.
- Experience: 3+ years in Social Media Management, ideally in an agency setting.
- Skillset: Strong copywriting skills + hands-on experience with scheduling tools and platform analytics.
- Mindset: A problem-solver who doesn't wait for a brief to get things moving.
