Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ludhiana for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee the development and execution of social media strategies and campaigns, create engaging and creative content, and optimize social media channels for better engagement and reach. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, developing content strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve brand visibility and audience growth. The role also involves staying up-to-date with industry trends and implementing best practices for social media marketing.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies
• Strong Communication skills and Writing proficiency to create engaging content
• Experience in Content Strategy to develop and manage comprehensive social media campaigns
• Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team on-site in Ludhiana
