Social Media Manager

We work with both B2B and B2C brands across industries, combining strategy, creativity and execution to create marketing that compounds over time. Our work spans social media, SEO, content strategy, websites, analytics and AI-era marketing-always with a focus on helping businesses communicate more clearly and grow more meaningfully.

We're looking for a Social Media Manager with a strong interest in content strategy and creative communication. While social media will be your primary focus, you'll also help shape organic content across websites, blogs, SEO and other digital platforms for both B2B and B2C brands.

Location: Santacruz(w) Mumbai, Full Time, On Site

Experience: 2-4 years 

What you'll do:

• Plan and manage social media calendars for multiple clients.
• Develop creative content ideas and campaign concepts.
• Write clear creative briefs for designers and content creators.
• Support content strategy across websites, blogs, email marketing and SEO initiatives.
• Write and review content.
• Adapt content for different platforms and content formats.
• Research industries, competitors and audience behaviour.

• Can communicate ideas clearly-both verbally and in writing.
• Writes thoughtful creative briefs.
• Has excellent research skills.
• Can adapt ideas for different platforms and audiences.
• Is eager to learn beyond social media and explore broader digital marketing.
• Enjoys working across both B2B and B2C brands.

Bonus points if you...

• Have experience creating and managing content strategies across social media, websites and SEO for B2B and/or B2C clients.
• Have managed paid social media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Meta or Instagram.
• Have experience using Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Have worked in an agency.
