Job Description

Location: Nariman point

Working model: Hybrid (12 days WFO/ rest WFH)

Days: Monday- Friday

Timing: 10:30AM- 7:00PM

Experience: 3 years or more

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer expectations, requirements, and develop social media posts accordingly
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to achieve targets
• Create, implement, and execute content ideas with the design team
• Ideate and flesh out content strategies for clients and service them end-to-end
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management, content developers, vendors, and collaborators
• Regular posting and creation of amplification plans
• Monitor posts, analyze data obtained, and develop monthly reports
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices

Skills and Requirements:

• 3-4 years of relevant work experience in the media industry, preferably with an agency background.
• Agency background (with experience handling multiple brands) is required.
• Experience in Beauty, lifestyle, and luxury preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of content writing, ideation & Canva
• Team & time management skills
