We're looking for someone who doesn't just post, but keeps the brand active, visible, and consistently engaging. This is a hands-on execution role focused on making sure everything goes out on time and the platform is always alive.
Key Responsibilities
Content Scheduling and Publishing
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms (reels, carousels, stories)
- Ensure consistent daily posting without gaps
- Coordinate with the team to receive content and push it live on time
Day-to-Day Platform Management
- Handle everyday activity across social media platforms
- Keep the page active with stories, reposts, and real-time updates
- Monitor overall account activity and maintain consistency
Active Engagement (Core Part of the Role)
- Respond to comments and DMs in a timely and thoughtful way
- Actively engage with relevant accounts and audiences
- Comment on other profiles strategically to increase visibility
- Build real interactions, not surface-level engagement
On-Camera Presence
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for reels, stories, and quick content
- Create simple, relatable video content when required
- Represent the brand confidently without overthinking
LinkedIn Management
- Maintain consistent posting on LinkedIn
- Engage in comments and conversations on the platform
- Adapt tone to suit LinkedIn while keeping it human and relatable
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn as platforms
- High level of consistency and discipline in execution
- Confidence in front of the camera
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Someone who takes initiative and doesn't wait for constant instructions
- Awareness of trends, but not dependent on them
