About the role

Ledor and its sister brands are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing team in New Delhi.

We're looking for someone who understands the F&B space beyond just posting content — someone who can build brand narratives, create long-term digital strategies, and understand what makes audiences engage, revisit, and convert.

Role Overview:

• Handling 4 brand accounts across the hospitality & F&B space

• Planning and executing content strategies

• Managing shoots, calendars, campaigns & collaborations

• Understanding trends while maintaining brand identity

• Working closely with the founders and creative team

Requirements:

• Prior experience handling F&B / hospitality social media accounts is mandatory

• Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and audience growth

• Creative thinking with a strong aesthetic sense

• Ability to think long-term from a brand-building perspective

Salary Bracket: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
