Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms. Key responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, monitoring trends, analyzing performance analytics, collaborating with the creative team to produce engaging posts, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels. The Social Media Manager will actively manage campaigns to achieve strategic goals and build brand loyalty through effective online presence and communication.

Qualifications
  • Strong social media strategy creation skills and knowledge of platform-specific best practices for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Content creation and curation skills, including storytelling, copywriting, and trend analysis.
  • Experience in performance analytics, campaign monitoring, and tools for reporting key metrics and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with creative teams and other departments to ensure content aligns with overall brand and marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of audience engagement techniques, branding, and creating a consistent online presence.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within a creative or production-focused company, is an advantage.
