Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day activities across social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Build and nurture an active online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions
- Develop and implement strategies to improve engagement rates and grow followers organically
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using social media analytics tools
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
- Work closely with design and content teams to create engaging posts, reels, and campaigns.
- Identify relevant influencers and manage end-to-end collaboration processes
- Handle influencer outreach, communication, and campaign execution
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes
- Generate performance reports and suggest optimization strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of major platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Expertise in community engagement and audience interaction
- Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking
- Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships
