About us

We're a fast-growing house of brands in the sustainable lifestyle and accessories space, selling to customers in India and internationally. Our work is design-led and detail-obsessed, and our social presence needs to reflect that.

The role

You'll own our day-to-day social media across all our brands, with Instagram as your primary playground. This is a hands-on role: you're the one actually planning, posting, creating, and engaging, not just handing briefs to someone else. You'll also be the person constantly hunting for fresh ideas and references so our content never goes stale.

What you'll do

  • Plan and publish content across our brands, with Instagram as the main channel (other platforms are part of the mix too)
  • Post consistently to the feed and keep Stories active and engaging day-to-day
  • Create Stories yourself, from concept to final post, without depending on a designer for every frame
  • Manage the community: reply to DMs, comments, and messages promptly and in each brand's voice
  • Come up with campaign ideas and bring them from concept to execution
  • Work closely with the design and creative team to plan and execute shoots
  • Strategize and pitch new content ideas and formats
  • Continuously research references, trends, and creators to keep our content sharp and current
  • Track what's working and use it to refine the content plan

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years running social media for a brand (D2C, fashion, lifestyle, or accessories a strong plus)
  • Able to create Stories independently — you can shoot, edit, and design your own Story content, not just publish what's handed to you
  • A genuinely good eye for aesthetics and a feel for what performs on Instagram
  • Strong grasp of the current formats, trends, and tools (Reels, Stories, carousels, scheduling tools)
  • Someone proactive with ideas, not waiting to be told what to make
  • Comfortable juggling multiple brands and voices at once
  • Good writing chops for captions and DM replies

Nice to have

  • Basic hands-on skills with editing/design tools (CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, etc.)
  • Some experience with paid social or working alongside a performance team
  • Interest in sustainability and thoughtful design
