Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead and execute social media strategies across multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in content planning, campaign execution, community management, analytics, and platform growth. This role requires someone who can combine creativity with data-driven decision-making to build engaging online communities and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars across multiple social media platforms.
  • Create and publish engaging content, including captions, posts, stories, reels, and videos.
  • Manage brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Medium, Quora, and emerging platforms.
  • Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to ensure timely content delivery.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • Monitor audience interactions, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities professionally.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithms, industry trends, and emerging social media best practices.
  • Collaborate with the paid marketing team to optimize paid social media campaigns.
  • Build and manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and brand promotion activities.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity, messaging, and tone across all social media channels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and overall social media performance.
  • Ensure all content aligns with company branding and marketing guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube Studio, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Experience using Canva and project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Notion.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of content marketing, branding, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI-powered content creation platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Experience managing international brands and global social media campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social media marketing.
  • Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing fundamentals.

  • Experience using social media analytics and reporting tools.
