Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Daily tasks include managing posting schedules, optimizing content for each channel, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to comments and messages in a professional manner. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to align social media campaigns with business goals and immigration service offerings. The role also includes staying informed about platform trends, suggesting new content formats, and preparing regular reports on social media performance.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for brand growth and audience engagement.
• Strong Writing abilities and experience contributing to Content Strategy for digital platforms.
• Excellent Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with online audiences and internal teams.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) and basic analytics tools.
• Ability to plan and manage content calendars, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively on-site in Jaipur.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in social media management, particularly within professional services or consulting, is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to gender-neutral, inclusive, and non-discriminatory communication.
