Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a PPC Executive at Rang Digitech LLC, Vadodara.
  • The role is focused on executing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will handle campaign setup, keyword and audience research, budget management, and ongoing performance optimization based on metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • You'll be responsible for analyzing data, refining targeting and creatives, and improving campaign efficiency on a daily basis.
  • The role also involves tracking conversions, reporting performance, and working closely with the internal team to scale results.
  • Staying updated with platform changes and performance marketing trends is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
  • Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations
  • Manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns based on performance
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices 

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in PPC or Performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
  • Ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions
  • Good communication and reporting skills
