Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at our Mohpa location. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing high-impact social media strategies across multiple platforms. Daily responsibilities include managing content calendars, developing and curating engaging posts, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize strategies. The role also involves community management, responding to audience engagement, and identifying trends to maintain the company's strong social media presence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in social media content creation, campaign management, and analytics
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and tools
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of audience engagement strategies and social media community building
  • Proficiency in managing platforms like Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar scheduling platforms
  • Ability to analyze data to measure campaign success and make informed decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable
  • Prior experience in the technology or digital services industry is advantageous

  • Experience running and optimizing campaigns using Meta Business Suite

  • Hands-on experience with Canva and Figma
  • Ability to create social media creatives, carousels, and ad creatives

5. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Understanding of engagement metrics, CTR, conversions, and campaign ROI
  • Ability to analyze insights and improve campaign performance

6. Trend Awareness

  • Staying updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates

7. Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate with marketing, design, and leadership teams

8. Time & Campaign Management

  • Managing multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently
