Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Mumbai. Someone ready to travel, shoot, edit on canva independently. Additional responsibilities include analyzing social media metrics, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across digital platforms of Della and its Founder.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
• Strong Communication skills and experience in developing effective Content Strategies
• Excellent Writing skills for crafting engaging, brand-aligned content
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-informed decisions
• Creative mindset and understanding of latest social media trends
• Proficiency in using social media tools and platforms
• Experience in community engagement and fostering online relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Canva, Inshots, VN, Edits and all platforms for reels and posts.
