Social Media Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance the school's online presence. Primary tasks include creating dynamic and engaging content, optimizing social media platforms, monitoring online activity, managing communication on various platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies. Coordination with internal teams to promote school events, achievements, and announcements through social channels is also a key responsibility.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Experience in creating and executing effective Content Strategies
• Analytical skills to evaluate social media performance and recommend improvements
• Familiarity with current trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and adapt to an educational environment
• Background in education, marketing, or communications is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
