Location: G401, Galada Towers, Begumpet, Secunderabad (Work from Office)

Work Schedule: 6-day workweek

Mon to Fri: 10 AM - 7 PM (work from office)

Sat: 10 AM - 3 PM (work from home)

JOB SUMMARY:

Join our dynamic team as a Social Media Manager at Degefy, a leading Digital Marketing Agency. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued social media clients, with a primary focus on ensuring client retention. Your mission will be to manage and execute effective social media strategies, create engaging content, monitor analytics, and cultivate positive client relationships. Your expertise in social media platforms, creative thinking, and data analysis skills will be the driving force behind our clients social media success.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Tailored Marketing Strategies: Gain a profound understanding of our clients businesses and tailor marketing strategies, including meticulous calendar planning, to meet their unique needs.

2. Content Idea Generation: Research content trends on Instagram and YouTube to generate innovative ideas for our clients social media presence.

3. Efficient Task Allocation: Gather client briefs and allocate tasks to the team, ensuring smooth operations within Degefy.

4. Collaborative Workflows: Coordinate seamlessly with writers and designers to ensure timely delivery of work.

5. Multi-Platform Content Posting: Post daily content on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter following approved calendars, actively engaging with followers for both Degefy and client accounts.

6. Lead Generation: Conduct direct messaging campaigns on Instagram and LinkedIn to generate valuable leads for clients.

7. Follower Growth: Focus on increasing the number of followers for clients social media accounts.

8. Creative Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the team for brainstorming content ideas and applying design thinking.

9. Data-Driven Reporting: Create comprehensive reports on a weekly and monthly basis for internal review and submission to clients.

10. Meeting Leadership: Lead and actively participate in daily, weekly, and monthly review meetings, ensuring alignment with our goals.

11. Process Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to the processes established by Degefy throughout the team.

12. Guidance to Designers: Check every design for content, placement of vectors and give approvals. Train and guide them as and when required

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Client Communication: Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure timely submission of work to clients and maintain efficient communication channels.

2. Creative Ideation: Engage in regular brainstorming sessions to generate new marketing ideas for client accounts every month.

3. Lead Engagement: Participate in lead calls to gather detailed briefs and requirements from potential clients.

4. Team Culture: Contribute to brainstorming sessions focused on culture-building activities to enhance team dynamics and foster a positive work environment.

5. Client Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling Degefy's services to clients, addressing their evolving needs and offering additional value.

6. On-Site Engagement: Visit client offices for review meetings, actively participating in discussions, and, if needed.

7. Photo-shoot and Video ShootConduct on-site photoshoots using your phone camera, make videos and reels for Instagram, and record BTS for Degefy.

1. Canva Proficiency: Skilled in using Canva for editing Instagram and web story templates.

2. Google Drive Expertise: Competent in utilizing Google Drive for document management and collaboration.

3. Social Media Management: Extensive knowledge of handling various social

media accounts across platforms.

4. Data Analysis: Ability to analyze social media performance metrics for optimizing strategies and achieving desired results.

5. Chat-Bots- Should know how to install and use chat-bots under guidance.
