This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, based in Pune Division. The Social Media Manager will manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning and executing content strategies, optimizing social media platforms, and ensuring impactful brand communication. Responsibilities also include engaging with audiences, monitoring performance metrics, and staying updated on trends to drive effective campaigns.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and refine strategies for better outcomes
• Knowledge of the latest social media trends and tools
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in social media management is an advantage
