Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Social Media Manager located in Gurugram. The Social Media Manager will oversee the creation and implementation of social media strategies for various platforms to drive engagement and amplify the company's online presence. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, managing social media accounts, interacting with the community, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to ensure impactful campaigns. This role requires close collaboration with various teams, including marketing, design, and event production, to effectively promote live events, brand activations, and community initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to enhance brand engagement and reach
  • Strong skills in Communication and Writing to effectively engage with online audiences and convey compelling messages
  • Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy to align with brand voice and goals
  • Analytics skills to evaluate performance metrics and optimize social media campaigns
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and collaborate across teams
  • Familiarity with social media tools and platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and analytics tools
  • Previous experience in event-related marketing or working with college communities is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
