Working Days: Monday to Saturday

(2nd & 4th Saturdays Off, All Sundays Off)

About TSS:

Think Street Studios is a creative agency managing social media, content, and shoots for multiple brands. Our work includes strategy, execution, and on-ground content creation, where team members are often required to actively participate in shoots and brand activities.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator who is creative, trend-aware, and confident in front of the camera. The candidate should be comfortable creating content in Hindi & English, participating in reels/videos, and representing brands during shoots when required. This role demands flexibility, creativity, and strong coordination with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create captions, reel scripts, post copies, and campaign content

* Write and ideate content in Hindi & English as per brand tone

* Appear on camera for reels, short videos, and brand content when required

* Pitch creative ideas for reels, trends, and video formats

* Coordinate with designers, social media managers, and shoot teams

* Research trends, hashtags, and audience behaviour

* Maintain content quality and brand consistency

* Handle feedback, revisions, and urgent content requirements

* Support shoot days and on-spot content ideation

Requirements:

* 13 years of experience as a Social Media Content Creator / Executive

* Strong command over Hindi & English (written & verbal)

* Comfortable and confident on camera (mandatory)

* Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn content formats

* Creative mindset with storytelling ability

* Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines in an agency setup

* Basic knowledge of Canva or content tools is a plus
